Tamar Chugoshvili, First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia met with the participants of the Women Empowerment Network

Tamar Chugoshvili, First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia and Chairperson of the Gender Equality Council met with the participants of the Women Empowerment Network – WEN project.

Tamar Chugoshvili spoke about the main activities of the Gender Equality Council, in particular: legislative activity, oversight, and control of the executive, as well as raising awareness on gender equality.

Project participants also visited the Parliament building.
