Tbilisi City Court partially satisfied the lawsuit of the campaign “Swim in Peace” Human Rights Center, Caucasus Environmental NGO Network – CENN, and Center for Progress. Tbilisi City Court instructed the City Hall to install warning banners on the Tbilisi Sea, the so-called in the area of the waterfall. City Hall is also tasked with arranging a 2.5-meter-high wall on the canal strip so that children can no longer cross it.
